Cole Kelly, class of 2028 is the #1 Freshmen in Illinois. Kelly currently holds Division I offers from the University of Illinois and DePaul University. Kelly’s #1 spot is not even debatable. This past weekend, Kelly averaged just over 18 points per game, 4 assists and 4 rebounds to help advance Neuqua Valley into the Championship of the Chuck Dayton Classic. One of the most humble highly touted kids you will meet, Kelly is a special talent.

Nationally Cole Kelly ranks as a Top 10-Top 15 prospect amongst all players in his class, 2028. Kelly stands at 6 foot 6 and plays guard or forward, he really is an all purpose player. He tends to start games in the paint and playing around the rim eventually working his way out beyond the perimeter. Cole is very wise beyond his years, you see it when he plays.

Cole plays with Breakaway AAU on the adidas 3 stripes circuit. As a 14 year old, Cole played 16 under for a period of time and averaged well over 20 points per game (23 ppg).
