Pace Academy secured a hard-fought 78-70 victory over Holy Innocents Episcopal in the Hawks-Naismith Tip-Off Classic at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School on Saturday, November 23, 2024. Hosted by the Atlanta Hawks Basketball Academy and Atlanta Tipoff Club, the fifth annual showcase featured six matchups, including this marquee game between two top-100 nationally ranked programs.

1. Pace Academy’s Star Performances:
   • Chandler Bing led the way with a career-high 37 points, shooting an impressive 13-for-21 from the field, including four three-pointers. He also contributed five rebounds and two steals.
   • Eric Chatfield added 24 points and two steals, solidifying Pace Academy’s offensive dominance.
2. Dominance on the Offensive Glass:
   • The Knights continued their streak of strong rebounding performances, grabbing 10 offensive boards—a milestone they’ve now achieved in 21 consecutive games.
3. Holy Innocents Episcopal’s Efforts:
   • Caleb Wilson was a standout for the Golden Bears, posting a stellar double-double with 24 points and 16 rebounds. This marked Wilson’s 13th consecutive game scoring in double figures.
   • Coy Terry chipped in with seven points and six rebounds, providing valuable support.

Pace Academy’s win improved their record to 3-0, further solidifying their reputation as a powerhouse program. Meanwhile, despite the loss, Holy Innocents Episcopal demonstrated their resilience and talent, particularly through Wilson’s consistent performances.
