Hunter Gawron is one of the best available post men remaining in his class. Gawron averaged 18 points and 8 rebounds this season to compliment winning Central Suburban League Player of the Year honors. Gawron is unique because he gives off traditional post energy, but you won’t find many posts like Hunter in today’s era.
Gawron has a big body benz frame and he has very soft hands around the basket. Standing at 6 foot 7 and almost 230 pounds, Gawron is a nightmare matchup on the block. Gawron is a solid rebounder, and he has shown that he can shoot the 20-foot shot. In order for Hunter to become more effective he must improve his mobility and athleticism. Hunter is currently playing as an unsigned senior on the AAU circuit with Pure Prep.
